Research on Innovation of Postgraduate Training Model for Big Data Industry Demand

大数据时代,商业模式、产业结构及人才需求发生了一系列改变,这些改变促使各大高校对人才的培养进行改革。面对当前社会对大数据行业人才严峻的需求形势,大数据研究生人才的培养面临新的问题和挑战。该文以探索大数据背景下高端人才的培养模式创新为出发点,分析当前研究生教育教学模式中存在的问题,提出进行适应大数据行业需求的研究生人才培养模式的创新尝试,以期为提升大数据环境下研究生的教育教学质量提供有利参考。

In the era of big data, a series of changes have taken place in business model, industrial structure and talent demand, which have prompted universities to reform the training of talents. In the face of the severe demand for skilled big data professionals, the training of postgraduates in big data faces new problems and challenges. In order to innovate the training model of the skilled big data professionals, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current postgraduate education and teaching model, and puts forward suggestions for the innovation of postgraduate training model that adapts to the demand of big data industry, so as to improve the quality of postgraduate education and teaching in the era of big data.
