Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Student Organizations: Taking College of Food Science and Technology in Yunnan Agricultural University as an Example

通过调查分析,云南农业大学食品科学技术学院学生组织正在有条不紊的发展,但在发展中依然存在些许问题。要从明确目标凝心聚力、建立科学完善的学生组织管理机制、对学生组织活动进行策划审核并给予支持和鼓励、完善学生干部培训制度和考核以提高学生组织负责人组织管理能力等方面着手,有效推进学生组织建设,促进学生全面发展。

Through investigation and analysis, student organizations of College of Food Science and Technology in Yunnan Agricultural University are developing in an orderly way, but there are still some problems in the development. To effectively promote the construction of student organizations and promote the overall development of students, it is necessary to focus on the aspects of making the objective clear and gathering strength, establishing scientific and perfect management mechanism student organizations, planning and reviewing student organizations activities and providing support and encouragement, and perfecting student cadre training system and assessment to improve the organization and management ability of student organization leaders.
