高校二级学院“关工委”工作模式创新探索

Exploration on Innovation of the Working Model of Committee of Caring for Next Generation in Secondary Colleges of Universities

高校二级学院在"关工委"工作推进落实中起到至关重要的作用。该文提出了新形势下高校关工委工作中需要注意的主要问题,并对此给出了现阶段工作重点的建议。通过提出的"双菜单制"工作模式,构建出思想教育、专业教育和素质教育三大板块的菜单,以"双菜单制"搭建"同向同行、互助共进"工作模式平台,并在高校二级学院的实践探索中,取得了预期的成效。进而根据高校二级学院关工委"双菜单制"工作模式实践中存在的问题,建议提出了借鉴"双菜单制"工作模式的关键问题及解决方案。

Secondary colleges of universities play a vital role in the implementation of the work of the Committee of Caring about Next Generation. This paper puts forward the main issues that should be paid attention to in the work of the Committee of Caring about Next Generation in universities under the new situation, and gives suggestions on the focus of the work at this stage. Through the proposed "dual menu system" working model, three major menus of ideological education, professional education and quality education are constructed. The "double menu system" is used to build the working model platform of "working in the same direction, mutual assistance and progress", and achieved the expected results in the practical exploration of secondary colleges of universities. Finally, according to the problems in the practice of the "dual menu system" working model of the Committee of Caring about Next Generation in secondary colleges of universities, the key problems and solutions for the "dual menu system" working model are given.
