摘要
工程训练实训课程是我国高等教育一大显著的特色,特别是在工科院校,工程训练实训教学在整个本科教育中起到了举足轻重的作用。根据国家的发展,对应用型技术人才需求逐渐增大,对于工程训练实训课程,包括:车、铣、刨、钳、磨、特种加工,数控加工以及热加工等工种所涉及到的知识内容联系更加紧密。就钳工的教学中由于设备、教学方法、师资的原因存在相应的问题,该文为改善钳工教学中存在的问题提出基于可视化展教平台辅助的钳工实训教学改革研究。该教学改革研究可集中实现在教学内容的可视化,实训工量具的可视化,内容体系归纳总结的可视化,可使学习对象全面了解教学知识内容,使其产生更大的社会效益与经济效益,促进学生对实训教学知识内容的接受程度,加快促进该知识领域下的人才推广。
Engineering Practical Training course is a significant feature of China’s higher education, especially in engineering colleges. Engineering practical training teaching plays a pivotal role in the whole undergraduate education. According to the development of the country, the demand for application-oriented technical personnel is gradually increasing, and the knowledge contents involved in engineering training courses, including car, milling, planing, cutting, grinding, special processing, numerical control processing and hot processing, etc. are closely related. In view of the corresponding problems in the training of fitters due to the equipment, teaching methods and teachers, this paper proposes a research on the reform of the practical training based on the visualization of teaching platform to improve the teaching quality of fitters. The teaching reform research can realize the visualization in the teaching contents, the visualization of training workers gauge etc. This can make the students better understand the teaching content, produce greater social benefit and economic benefit, promote students’ practical ability.
