“水工建筑物健康诊断”课程考核方式改革与实践

摘要 该文针对单一考核方式弊端,为增强学生学习主动性,有效提升其创新实践能力,提出采用多元化考核方式,并应用于"水工建筑物健康诊断"课程考核中。实践表明,多元化考核方式极大调动了学生学习积极性,有效提高其自主学习能力、创新能力、团队协作能力,能更加全面、客观地反映学生的整体学习情况;同时,增进了师生沟通与交流,提高了教学实效性,有效提高了教学质量。 In view of the disadvantages of single assessment method, in order to enhance students’ initiative in learning and effectively improve their innovation and practice ability, a diversified assessment method is proposed and applied to the course in Health Diagnosis of Hydraulic Structures. The practice shows that the assessment method greatly arouses students’ enthusiasm, effectively improves students’ independent learning ability, innovation ability and team cooperation ability, and can reflect students’ overall learning situation more comprehensively and objectively. At the same time, it improves the communication between teachers and students, and effectively improves the teaching quality.
