摘要
大学生职业生涯规划中的体验式教学,是教师对教材理论知识深入研究后,有针对性地把教学内容形成专题模块,创设体验的情境,使学生在轻松愉悦的氛围下,通过"体验、感悟、认知、成长"四部曲,获得知识和情感体验的一种课堂教学方式。为此,该文提出了一种职业生涯规划课程的体验式教学方法,让大家体会知、情、意结合的体验式教学的意义。
Experiential teaching in the career planning courses for college students is the in-depth study of the theoretical knowledge of teaching materials by teachers, and the teaching content is targeted to form a special module to create a situation of experience so that students can pass "quality, awareness, cognition, and growth", a classroom teaching method to gain knowledge and emotional experience. This article proposes an experiential teaching method for career planning courses, so that everyone can understand the significance of experiential teaching that combines knowledge, emotion and intention.
