角色扮演在“药事管理学”课程教学中的运用

摘要 针对药事管理法律法规文件繁多、理论枯燥抽象、理解记忆比较困难等问题,将角色扮演运用到药事管理学课程教学中。该文以"企业办理业务,找谁?"为命题,通过角色扮演使学生身临其境,加强对药事管理组织的理解,提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,为学生将来顺利走向工作岗位、尽快适应工作奠定良好的基础。 Role-playing is applied in the teaching of Pharmacy Administration course to resolve the problems, such as, too many specific pharmacy administration legal documents and boring, abstract theories. These contents are difficult to understand and memorize. The thesis is based on the proposition "for whom to turn to when an enterprise has certain needs?". Through role-playing, students can be immersed in the field, strengthen their understanding of the Pharmacy Administration organization, improve their initiative and enthusiasm for learning, and lay a good foundation for them to move smoothly to work in the future and adapt to work as soon as possible.
