摘要
在中国制造2025背景下,社会对人才的需求不断转型,而传统高职"钳工实训"课程的教学内容、教学方法已经无法培养出符合当前企业需求的人才,基于此该文提出了将课程中融入思政教育、岗位职业能力与素质教育、创新能力教育,并针对教学内容、教学方法进行了具体的改革方案。
In the context of Made in China 2025, the society’s demand for talents is constantly transforming, and the teaching content and teaching methods of the traditional vocational Bench Work Practical Training have been unable to cultivate talents that meet the needs of current enterprises. Based on this, this article proposes to integrate ideological and political education, post professional ability and quality education, and innovation ability education into the curriculum, and puts forward specific reform plans for the teaching content and teaching methods.
