摘要
校企共建工作室培养应用型人才是高职院校推进校企合作、深化产教融合的有效途径,工作室教学模式的特点与工作场所学习理论有很高的契合性。针对校企合作工作室教学,借鉴工作场所学习理论的主要观点,建立真实任务导向的工作室教学模式,推行面向企业真实工作环境的任务式人才培养模式,是促进教育和产业统筹融合发展,深化产教融合的有效途径。
School-enterprise cooperative studio for application-oriented talents cultivation is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to promote school enterprise cooperation and deepen industry-education integration. The characteristics of studio teaching model are highly consistent with workplace learning theory. In view of school-enterprise cooperation studio teaching and learning from the main viewpoints of workplace learning theory, a real task oriented studio teaching model is established and is an effective way to construct the integrated development of education and industry and deepen the integration of industry and education.
