“双一流”高校人才培养国际化实践探索——以“吉林大学学生国际竞争力提升计划”为例

Exploration on the Internationalization Practice of "Double First-class" College Talent Training:A Case Study of Jilin University Students’ International Competitiveness Promotion Program

《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》明确指出,要"坚持立德树人,突出人才培养的核心地位"。吉林大学作为世界一流大学建设高校,在"双一流"建设中将一流人才培养作为学校发展的根本目标和不懈追求。2018年,为切实提升人才培养国际化水平,实现"人才大循环",启动实施"吉林大学学生国际竞争力提升计划",列支专项经费,资助在校学生赴世界一流大学/学科进行学术交流与联合培养,聚焦提升学生国际竞争力与人才培养国际化水平,进而助推"双一流"建设。

The overall plan of promoting the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines as a whole clearly points out that we should adhere to the core position of "building morality and cultivating talents".Jilin University,as a world-class university,takes the cultivation of first-class talents as the basic goal and unremitting pursuit of the development of the school in the construction of "double first-class" construction.In 2018,in order to effectively raise the international level of talent training,realize the "talent cycle",launch the implementation of the "Jilin University students international competitiveness promotion program",the school sets aside special funds to help students to go to world-class universities/subjects for academic exchanges and joint training,focus on promoting students’ international competitiveness and the international level of talent training,and then promote the "double first-class" construction.
