Application of 8S Method in the Management of Multimedia Voice Room in Colleges and Universities

针对语音室设备繁多、管理复杂等难题,构建基于8S法的高校多媒体语音室管理体系。基于8S管理方法,将整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约和学习等应用于语音室管理中,以期保证多媒体语音室的安全有效运行和使用。

In view of the problems of many equipment,complex management in voice room,this paper introduces the principle of 8S management method,and builds a university multimedia voice room management system based on 8S method.According to the 8S management method,the arrangement,rectification,cleaning,cleaning,literacy,safety,saving and learning are applied to the voice room management,in order to ensure the safe and effective operation and use of multimedia voice room.
