摘要
高校教师作为人才培养的引领者,肩负着时代的重任,建设一支师德高尚的教师队伍尤为重要。以师德内涵的三个层次(公民道德层次、职业道德层次、专业素养层次)为研究的出发点,针对存在的教学失度、职业理想不坚定、教学能力不足、学术道德滑坡等困境,从社会、学校、个人三个层面提出加强师德教育,完善师德考核机制;坚持"四个统一",提高教师专业化发展等对策。同时,教师应自觉自律,重视自我发展,提高自身的业务水平和素质修养。
College teachers shoulder the responsibility of the times,and it is especially important to build a team of teachers with high morality.Taking the three levels of the teacher’s moral connotation(citizen moral level,professional ethics level,professional literacy level) as the starting point of research,the existing teaching problems such as the lack of professional ideals,the lack of teaching ability,the decline of academic morality,etc are to be solved.This paper proposes to strengthen the teacher’s moral education,improve the teacher’s morality assessment mechanism,adhere to the "four unification",improve the professional development of teachers,etc.At the same time,teachers must be self-discipline,attach importance to self-development,improve their own professional level and quality cultivation.
