摘要
为了增强大学生的健康意识,使其掌握常见的健康医疗知识,提高自救互救能力,逐步提高健康素养,完善高校健康教育模式,江苏师范大学医院通过"四个结合",构建全方位、多层次、立体化的地方师范院校大学生健康教育系统,让大学生了解了相关的医学知识,增强了健康意识,掌握了健康技能,一定程度上提高了自身的健康素养。高校医院参与大学生健康教育与健康促进要结合时代特征及现代教育方式,调动大学生主动求知的欲望,逐步提高大学生的健康体质、健康意识与健康素养。
Objective-To make college students enhance their health awareness,master common knowledge of health care,improve their ability of self-help and mutual rescue,gradually improve their health literacy,and improve their health education model. Methods-A comprehensive,multi-level and three-dimensional health education system for college students in local normal colleges was constructed by combining four institutions,including health lectures,elective courses, emergency rescue training,participating in free consultation activities of school associations or colleges,conducting peer education, issuing health manuals and related medical knowledge cards,setting up medical publicity window,using We Chat platform, introducing relevant knowledge on website,and utilizing tuberculosis disease day, AIDS day and other various publicity days to carry out corresponding publicity.Results-College students understood relevant medical knowledge,enhanced health awareness,mastered health skills,and improved their own health literacy to a certain extent.Discussion-the implementation of health education and health promotion should combine the characteristics of the times and modern education methods to mobilize college students’ desire for active knowledge and gradually improve their health physique,health consciousness and health literacy.
