Thinking of Training Strategy for Internationalized Talents in Vehicle Engineering Oriented to The Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议的实施对高校的人才培养提出了更高的要求。不仅要培养具有创新能力的复合型人才,更要培养能够满足"一带一路"建设需求的高素质国际化人才。对"一带一路"背景下车辆工程国际化人才的培养,从目标定位、师资队伍、课程和实践环节等方面进行探索和思考,为新时期国际化复合型人才的培养提供一定参考。

The implementation of The Belt and Road Initiative has put forward higher requirements for talent training in universities.It is necessary to train not only compound talents with innovative ability,but also high-quality international talents who can meet the construction needs of The Belt and Road Initiative.Under the background of The Belt and Road Initiative,the training of international talents in vehicle engineering is explored and considered from the aspects of target positioning,teaching staff,curriculum and practice,which will provide some references for the cultivation of international compound talents in the new era.
