科研创新能力是研究生应具备的最基本的素质,既是研究生培养质量优劣的重要评判标准,又是专业学科发展的根本。随着能源、气候环境变化和农村生态问题的日益严峻,对农业资源与环境学科人才的要求越来越高。实现农业资源与环境学科研究生创新能力培养,解决多数研究生实践动手能力差、独立思考与创新意识缺乏、科研创新能力不强等问题,应多举措扩大优质生源,强化研究生创新理念与意识,提升师资队伍创新能力与指导水平,创新与改进教学方法,增加研究生社会实践与学术交流,为国家持续发展培养合格的学科创新型人才。

Research and innovation capacity is the most basic quality of graduates,which is an important criterion on the quality of postgraduate education and also the fundamental forces driving development of professional discipline.Agricultural resources and environmental is growing more important in meeting the challenges of energy sources,climate and environment change,and rural ecological development.To achieve the training requirements about innovative ability of graduates in agricultural resources and environmental sciences,we must solve the problems on poor practical ability,lack independent thinking and courage to innovation,and the lack of scientific research innovation ability.The improvement of innovative ability of graduates in agricultural resources and environmental sciences can be done through five aspects,including expanding the selection of high-quality students,strengthening the innovation idea and consciousness of graduates,improving the innovative ability and guidance levels of teaching staff,innovating and improving teaching and learning methods,and increasing the social practice and academic exchange of graduates.It helps to cultivate qualified and creative talents for sustainable social and national development under the new situation.
