新生入学教育改革初探——以太原理工大学“新生导航”在线课程为例

Taking the Online Course in Freshman Navigation in Taiyuan University of Technology as an Example

新生入学教育是高校教育教学活动的重要组成部分,其工作质量关系到能否使新生以最短的时间、最佳的方式、最好的效果来适应高等教育的节奏,完成中学生活向大学生活的过渡,关系到学校优化育人环境,建立良好学风、校风,使学生德、智、体全面发展的问题。目前,各高校在人才培养计划中都把新生入学教育摆在重要位置。面对"00后"大学生思想活跃、自我意识强的新特点,太原理工大学对新生入学教育内容进行了改革与创新。

The entrance education of freshmen is an important part of educational and teaching activities in colleges and universities,and its work quality is related to whether the freshmen can adapt to the rhythm of higher education in the shortest time,in the best way and with the best effect to complete the transition from middle school life to university life.So this work can affect the optimization of the educational environment,the establishment of a good style of study,the school spirit,and the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence and physique.Colleges and universities put the entrance education of freshmen in an important position in the talent training plan.In the face of the new characteristics of "after 00" college students’ active thought and strong self-consciousness,our college has reformed and innovated the contents of entrance education.
