摘要 探讨以问题为导向的教学方法在针灸临床见习中的应用。在对某大学2013级五年制全科医学专业针灸科见习带教中,将60名学生随机分为两组,其中实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法。见习结束后,使用教师课堂教学质量评估表(学生用表),对对两组学生教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果进行评价。结果实验组评价结果优于对照组(P=0.000)。各单项得分分析中,实验组学生在教学内容、教学方法、教学效果三个方面均优于对照组(P内容=0.026,P方法=0.000,P效果=0.000)。说明在针灸临床教学中应用PBL教学法有助于提高医学生的临床操作能力,获得更好的临床教学效果。 Objective:To explore the application of problem-oriented teaching method in clinical practice of acupuncture.Methods:A total of 60 students were randomly divided into two groups in the teaching of acupuncture in 2013 grade of a university,in which the experimental group adopted PBL teaching method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After the end of the internship,the two groups used the "teacher classroom teaching quality assessment form(student use table)" to evaluate the teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method and teaching effect.Results:The evaluation results of experimental group were better than those of control group(P=0.000).Each individual score analysis of the experimental group student Is better than the control group in the three aspects of teaching content,teaching method,teaching effect(P content=0.026,P method=0.000,P effect=0.000).Conclusion:The application of PBL in clinical teaching of acupuncture is helpful to improve the clinical operation ability of medical students.
