摘要 中医内科学是中医学的一门主干课程,作为基础医学和临床衔接的桥梁,其综合性、实践性都很强,具有非常重要的学科地位,如何教好中医内科学仍是目前授课教师面临的挑战。传统教学模式下,学生存在基础知识不牢、积极性不高、主动性不够、逻辑性不强等问题。以授课为基础的学习法、基于问题的学习方法、团队为基础的学习方法、案例教学法等多种教学模式的联合、灵活应用有利于激发学生的学习积极性、主动性,并能加强其逻辑思维的训练和临床思维的培养。同时还应加强教师队伍建设,为学生真正进入临床及专业学习奠定基础。 Chinese internal medicine is a main course of traditional Chinese medicine.As a bridge between basic theory and clinical practice,comprehensiveness and practicality are its main characteristics.It has very important academic status.How to teach Chinese internal medicine well is still a challenge currently faced by instructors.In the process of teaching by using of traditional teaching model,we found that students have poor basic knowledge,lack of enthusiasm,lack of initiative, and lack of logic,et al.It is urgent to improve and adjust teaching methods for students’ development.We believe that the combinations of lecture-based learning(LBL),problem-based learning(PBL),team-based learning(TBL) and case-based learning(CBL) are conducive to stimulating students’ enthusiasm,initiative,and can strengthen their logical thinking and cultivate their way of thinking.Most importantly,teachers should also consciously build up their knowledge to provide foundation for students’ further academic exploration.
