摘要
食品安全学是食品科学与工程以及食品质量与安全专业一门十分重要的专业课程。教学方法、教学方式、教学内容对学生食品风险因子的评估、食品安全检测等方面的能力培养十分重要。在工程认证背景下,通过分析食品安全学在实际教学过程中存在的问题,提出以OBE理念为指导,通过改变教学方法和传统考核方式调动学生的学习主动性,增强课堂教学效果,提升食品学科专业人才质量。
Food Safety is a very important professional course in food science and engineering.Teaching methods and teaching contents are very important for students’ training.During the engineering accreditation processing,based on OBE concept,and according to the characteristics of Food Safety course,the teaching model and teaching content reform are discussed in this paper,which aims to adopt various teaching models,adjust the evaluation mechanism,promote the combination of teaching practices,stimulate students’ interest in earning,develop students’ skills,and improve the quality of professional talents of food science.
