摘要
以食品微生物绪论课程为例,从教学分析、教学设计、教学过程和教学效果四个方面详细阐述信息化教学设计方案。课程应用信息化平台和多种信息化资源,并使用多种教学方法,实现做中学、做中教,化枯燥为有趣,化被动为主动,化盲目为理性,提升了教学效果,带领学生走进一个不一样的微观世界。
Taking the introduction course of Food Microbiology as an example,this paper elaborates the information-based teaching design scheme from four aspects:teaching analysis,teaching design,teaching process and teaching effect.This course uses information platform,various information resources and teaching methods to realize learning by doing,teaching by doing.It helps to turn boring into fun,passive into active,blind into rational during teaching and learning;moreover,it can improve teaching effect and lead students into a different microcosmos.
