虚拟仿真与桌面推演在突发公共卫生事件处置能力培养中的应用初探

A Preliminary Study of Virtual Simulation and Desktop Excerpt in Developing the Handling Ability of Public Health Emergencies

突发公共卫生事件现场调查处置是国内外公共卫生和预防医学工作者必备的专业核心技能。随着SARS、禽流感、新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎等各种突发事件的频发、高发,如何培养具备一定现场调查处置能力的应用型预防医学人才是亟待探讨的问题。结合近年开展公共卫生技能学培训的体会,探讨虚拟仿真与桌面推演相结合教学法在突发公共卫生事件现场调查处置能力培养中的应用和面临的挑战,为进一步提升培养质量提供参考。

On-site investigation and disposal of public health emergencies is one of the essential professional core skills in the practice of public health and preventive medicine at home and abroad.With the frequent occurrence and high incidence of SARS,avian influenza,pneumonia of new corona virus infection and so on,how to cultivate applied preventive medical talents with certain field investigation and disposal ability is an urgent problem to be discussed.In this paper,combining with the experience of public health skills training in recent years,this paper discusses the application and challenges of the combination of virtual simulation and desktop deduction in the field investigation and handling of public health emergencies,and provides a reference for further improving the quality of training.
