摘要 医学教育承担着培养医学生职业素养和人文素养双重任务。分析目前医学教育的现状和不足,以及人文素质教育在医学生培养过程中的必要性,阐述了以白求恩精神为主的人文素质教育融入医学教育的可行性。通过构建人文素质教育与基础医学教育相结合的教育体系,引起学生的学习兴趣,激发他们的学习热情。将白求恩精神融入医学生人文素质教育体系,对新时期医学人才培养具有一定的参考价值。 Medical education undertakes the dual task of cultivating medical students’ professional accomplishment and humanistic accomplishment.Medical humanistic quality education is a new model to train clinicians in the new historical period in our country.This paper analyzes the present situation and deficiency of medical education and the necessity of humanistic quality education in the process of medical students’ training.This paper expounds the feasibility of integrating the humanistic quality education based on Bethune spirit into medical education.Through the construction of humanistic quality education and basic medical education combined with the education system,this paper hopes to arouse students’ interest in learning,stimulate their enthusiasm for learning.The integration of Bethune spirit into the humanistic quality education system of medical students has certain reference value for the training of medical talents in the new period.
