摘要
目前各有机化学实验教材中,环己烯的制备方法都采用分馏的方法,该方法存在分离提纯困难、产物纯度不高和收率较低的缺陷。在改进方法中,采用带分水器回流的方法替代分馏的方法。实验证明,改进的方法较传统的方法具有操作简单、分离提纯容易、产物纯度高和收率好的优点,完全可以替代分馏的方法运用于实验教学中。
At present,in all organic chemistry experiment textbooks,fractional distillation is used in the preparation method of cyclohexene.However,this method has the defects of difficulty in separation and purification,low product purity and low yield.In the improved method of this paper,an assembly of reflux with a water separator was used instead of that of fractionation.The experiment shows that the modified way has the advantages of simple operation,easy separation and purification,high product purity and good yield compared with the traditional method,which can be used in experiment teaching instead of fractional distillation.
