国际标准化组织(ISO)要求将实验室(机构)的管理体系形成文件,文件应能证实其对管理体系及其过程进行了有效的策划、运作、控制和持续改进。适用、有效运行的管理体系文件是确保一个有效的管理体系所必须的。《质量管理体系文件指南》标准适用于机构按《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》和《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》建立管理体系形成文件。为质量管理体系文件的建立和有效运行提供指南,并确保实验室(机构)的质量管理达到所需要的程度。
The International Organization for Standardization(ISO)requires that the management system of laboratories(institutions)be documented.The documents should confirm that it has effectively planned,operated,controlled and continuously improved the management system and its processes.Applicable and effective management system documents are necessary to ensure an effective management system."Guidelines for quality management system documentation"standard is applicable to the organization to establish a management system to form a document in accordance with"Competence assessment for inspection body and laboratory mandatory approval—General requirements for inspection body and laboratory"and"Accreditation criteria for the competence of testing and calibration laboratory".Provide guidance for the establishment and effective operation of quality management system documents,and ensure that the quality management of the laboratory(institution)reaches the required level.
