腹腔镜肠粘连松懈术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of laparoscopic intestinal adhesion relaxation in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨用腹腔镜肠粘连松懈术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:将2016年5月至2019年5月期间玉林市第一人民医院收治的74例粘连性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象。将这74例患者分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=32)。对对照组患者进行传统的开腹肠粘连松懈术,对试验组患者进行腹腔镜肠粘连松懈术。然后,比较两组患者的各项生理应激指标、各项临床指标、术后并发症的发生率及其手术相关死亡率。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,试验组患者白细胞的水平、C-反应蛋白的水平、降钙素原的水平和术后并发症的发生率均更低,其手术的用时、术毕至肠功能恢复的时间和术后住院的时间均更短,其术中的出血量更少,P<0.05;两组患者和手术相关死亡率相比,P>0.05。结论:用腹腔镜肠粘连松懈术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的效果显著,可有效地减轻患者的生理应激反应,减少其术中的出血量,降低其术后并发症的发生率,缩短治疗的时间。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic intestinal adhesion relaxation in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:74 patients with adhesive ileus admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Yulin city from May 2016 to May 2019 were studied.The 74 patients were divided into the control group(n=42)and the experimental group(n=32).Traditional laparotomy for intestinal adhesion relaxation was performed in the control group,while laparoscopic intestinal adhesion relaxation was performed in the experimental group.Then,the physiological stress indicators,clinical indicators,incidence of postoperative complications and surgery-related mortality were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,compared with the control group patients,the treatment group patients the levels of white blood cells,C-reactive protein level,the levels of calcitonin original,and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower,its operation time and never put off till tomorrow what you can to the bowel function recovery time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter,it has the less blood loss,P<0.05;Compared with the surgically related mortality rate,P BBB 0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic intestinal adhesion relaxation surgery for adhesion intestinal obstruction has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the physiological stress response,reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the treatment time.
