用LCP内固定植骨术治疗老年骨质疏松型股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of LCP internal fixation in the treatment of senil e osteoporosis intertrochanteric fracture

目的:探讨采用锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定植骨术治疗老年骨质疏松型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:将2015年1月至2017年12月期间四川省宜宾市第三人民医院收治的100例老年骨质疏松型股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者分为A组和B组(50例/组)。对A组患者采用髓内钉内固定术进行治疗,对B组患者采用LCP内固定植骨术进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、术后并发症的发生率及各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者治疗的优良率及术后并发症的发生率相比,P>0.05。与A组患者相比,B组患者术毕至下床的时间及术毕至骨折愈合的时间均较短,其骨痂生长情况的评分较高,P<0.05。结论:采用LCP内固定植骨术治疗老年骨质疏松型股骨粗隆间骨折的效果显著,可有效地加快患者骨折愈合的速度,促进其康复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation in the treatment of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Yibin,Sichuan Province from January 2015 to December 2017 were studied.The 100 patients were divided into group A and Group B(50 patients/group).Patients in group A were treated with intramedullary nail internal fixation,while patients in group B were treated with LCP internal fixation and bone grafting.Then,the treatment effect,incidence of postoperative complications and various clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the excellent and good rate of treatment and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.Compared with group A,the time from the end of surgery to getting out of bed and the time from the end of surgery to fracture healing were shorter in group B,and the score of callus growth was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:LCP internal fixation for the treatment of senile osteoporosis intertrochanteric fracture has a significant effect,can effectively speed up the speed of fracture healing,promote their rehabilitation.
