摘要
目的:比较用子宫压迫缝合术和Bakri球囊填塞术治疗前置胎盘所致产后出血的效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月期间保定市妇幼保健院收治的90例前置胎盘所致产后出血产妇作为研究对象。按照止血方式的不同将这些产妇分为对照组和观察组,每组各有45例产妇。对对照组产妇实施子宫压迫缝合术,对观察组产妇实施Bakri球囊填塞术。然后比较两组产妇接受治疗的效果。结果:观察组产妇手术的时间短于对照组产妇,P<0.05;其产后的出血量少于对照组产妇,P<0.05;其子宫切除率低于对照组产妇,P<0.05。结论:与用子宫压迫缝合术为前置胎盘所致产后出血产妇止血的效果相比,用Bakri球囊填塞术为其止血的效果更好。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of uterine compression suture and Bakri balloon tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta previa.Methods:90 cases of postpartum haemorrhage caused by placenta previa admitted to Baoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the different hemostatic methods,these women were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 women in each group.Uterine compression suture was performed for the control group and Bakri balloon packing was performed for the observation group.The two groups were then compared for the effects of treatment.Results:The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hysterectomy rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the effect of uterine compression suture for placenta prev ia induced postpartum hemorrhage,the effect of Bakri balloon t amponade for hemostasis is better.
