血清25-羟维生素D3的水平与儿童呼吸道感染的相关性探讨

摘要 目的:探讨并研究血清25-羟维生素D3〔25-(0H)D3〕的水平与儿童呼吸道感染的相关性。方法:选择2017年3月至2018年6月期间沧州市南皮县人民医院收治的103例呼吸道感染患儿及同期在该医院进行体检的105例健康儿童作为研究对象。将其中103例呼吸道感染患儿设为观察组,将其中105例健康儿童设为对照组,比较两组儿童血清25-(0H)D3和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)的水平及其中25-(0H)D3不足或缺乏儿童所占的比例。结果:观察组患儿血清25-(OH)D3和IgA的水平均低于对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患儿中25-(OH)D3不足或缺乏患儿所占的比例高于对照组儿童中此类儿童所占的比例,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:儿童呼吸道感染的发生与其血清25-(0H)D3的水平低下有关。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3〔25-(0H)D3〕levels and respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:Between March 2017 and June 2018,103 children with respiratory tract infection admitted to Nanpi County People’s Hospital of Cangzhou city and 105 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as study subjects.The levels of serum 25-(0H)D3 and immunoglobuloprotein A(IgA)and the proportion of children with 25-(0H)D3 deficiency or deficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:The serum levels of 25-(OH)D3 and IgA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of children with 25-(OH)D3 deficiency or deficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of respiratory tract infection in children is related to the low level of serum 25-(0H)D3.
