富马酸喹硫平联合无抽搐电休克疗法治疗老年双相情感障碍的效果研究

Effect of quetiapine fumarate combined with convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the treatment of senile bipolar disorder

目的:研究用富马酸喹硫平片联合无抽搐电休克疗法(modified electroconvulsive,MECT)对老年双相情感障碍(bipolar disorder,BD)患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年5月至2019年4月重庆三峡民康医院收治的72例老年BD患者随机分为综合治疗组(CT组,n=36)与喹硫平组(QTP组,n=36)。用富马酸喹硫平片对QTP组患者进行治疗,用富马酸喹硫平片联合MECT对CT组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)的评分及其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,CT组患者的BPRS评分低于QTP组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于QTP组患者,P<0.05。结论:用富马酸喹硫平片联合MECT对老年BD患者进行治疗能显著减轻其临床症状,改善其病情。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of treating bipolar disorder(BD)in elderly patients with modified electroconvulsive(MECT)with quetiapine fumarate.Methods:72 elderly BD patients admitted to Chongqing Sanxia Minkang Hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into a comprehensive treatment group(CT group,n=36)and a quetiapine group(QTP group,n=36).Patients in the QTP group were treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets,and patients in the CT group were treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with MECT.Then the scores of the concise Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and its clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,THE BPRS score of the CT group was lower than that of the QTP group,and the total effective rate of the treatment was higher than that of the QTP group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of elderly BD patients with quetiapine fumarate combined with MECT can significantly reduce their clinical symptoms and improve their condition.
