中医骨科康复疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果观察

Effect of Orthopedic rehabilitation therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨用中医骨科康复疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法:将2019年1月至2019年10月期间佛山市中医院收治的100例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者按照入院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各有50例患者。对对照组患者使用西医疗法进行治疗,对观察组患者使用中医骨科康复疗法进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者日本骨科协会治疗评分法(JOA)的评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分及临床疗效。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者JOA的评分及治疗的总有效率均更高,其VAS的评分更低,P<0.05。结论:用中医骨科康复疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果显著,可有效地改善患者膝关节的功能,缓解其疼痛感。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese orthopedic rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2019 were studied.According to the order of admission,the 100 patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese orthopedic rehabilitation therapy.Then,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association treatment score(JOA)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had higher JOA score and the total effective rate of treatment,and lower VAS score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthopedic rehabilitation therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect,can effectively improve the function of the knee joint,relieve the pain.
