对接受血液透析后的老年患者进行远红外线治疗的效果

Effect of far infrared ray therapy on elderly patients receiving hemodialysis

目的:探究为接受血液透析后的老年患者进行远红外线治疗的效果。方法:将2016年10月至2018年10月期间在台山市人民医院接受血液透析的78例老年患者随机平均分为参照组和热疗组。在对两组患者均进行血液透析后,对参照组患者的动静脉内瘘进行常规包扎,对热疗组患者进行远红外线治疗。然后,比较两组患者的疗效、动静脉内瘘的血流量、动静脉内瘘的内径及并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,热疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于参照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者动静脉内瘘的血流量及动静脉内瘘的内径相比,P>0.05。治疗后,热疗组患者动静脉内瘘的血流量多于参照组患者,其动静脉内瘘的内径大于参照组患者,其并发症的发生率低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受血液透析后的老年患者进行远红外线治疗的效果显著,可增加其动静脉内瘘的血流量,降低其并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of far infrared ray therapy on elderly patients after hemodialysis.Methods:78 elderly patients receiving hemodialysis in Taishan People’s Hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the reference group and the hyperthermia group.After hemodialysis in both groups,the arteriovenous fistula in the reference group was routinely bandaged,and the patients in the hyperthermia group were treated with far infrared ray.Then,the efficacy,the blood flow,the diameter,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of hyperthermia group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the blood flow and internal diameter of arteriovenous fistula were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood flow of arteriovenous fistula in the hyperthermia group was higher than that in the control group,the internal diameter of arteriovenous fistula was larger than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Far infrared ray therapy has a significant effect on the elderly patients receiving hemodialysis,which can increase the blood flow of arteriovenous fistula and reduce the incidence of complications.
