头孢他啶治疗小儿细菌性肠炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of ceftazidime in the treatment of bacterial enteritis in children

目的:探讨分析用头孢他啶治疗小儿细菌性肠炎的效果。方法:对恩平市人民医院2017年6月至2019年2月期间收治的60例细菌性肠炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方式的不同对其进行分组,将其中30例采用头孢他啶进行治疗的患儿作为头孢他啶组,将其中30例采用头孢呋辛进行治疗的患儿作为头孢呋辛组。然后比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:1)头孢他啶组患儿治疗的总有效率(93.33%)高于头孢呋辛组患儿治疗的总有效率(70%),P<0.05。2)治疗后,头孢他啶组患儿排便的频率低于头孢呋辛组患儿,其腹泻症状持续的时间、大便白细胞计数恢复正常的时间均短于头孢呋辛组患儿,P<0.05。3)治疗后,头孢他啶组患儿血清TNF-α、PCT、IL-8、CRP的水平均低于头孢呋辛组患儿,P<0.05。结论:用头孢他啶治疗小儿细菌性肠炎的效果较好,可快速地改善患儿的病情,降低其体内炎性因子的水平。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of ceftazidime in the treatment of bacterial enteritis in children.Methods:The clinical data of 60 children with bacterial enteritis admitted to Enping People’s Hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different treatment methods,30 children treated with cefuroxime were divided into the cefuroxime group and 30 children treated with cefuroxime group.Then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:1)The total effective rate of ceftazidime group(93.33%)was higher than that of cefuroxime group(70%),P<0.05.2)After treatment,the frequency of defecation in the ceftazidime group was lower than that in the Cefuroxime group,and the duration of diarrhea symptoms and the time for the stool white blood cell count to return to normal were shorter than those in the Cefuroxime group(P<0.05).3)After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-,PCT,IL-8 and CRP in the cefuroxime group were all lower than those in the cefuroxime group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ceftazidime is effective in the treatment of bacterial enteritis in children.It can improve the condition of children rapidly and reduce the le vel of inflammatory factors in children.
