摘要
目的:探究用天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的临床效果。方法:将南宁市第六人民医院收治的62例眩晕症患者按照随机数表法分为天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀组(GIB组,n=31)与倍他司汀组(BT组,n=31)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上用天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀对GIB组患者进行治疗,用倍他司汀对BT组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效及其不良反应的发生率。结果:GIB组患者治疗的总有效率高于BT组患者,P<0.05。用药后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀对眩晕症患者进行治疗能显著改善其病情,且用药的安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of gastrodin injection combined with betastatin on vertigo.Methods:Sixty-two vertigo patients admitted to nanning Sixth People’s Hospital were divided into gastroenterol combined with betastatin group(GIB group,n=31)and Betastatin group(BT group,n=31)according to the random number table method.The two groups of patients were routinely treated.On this basis,gastrodin injection combined with betastatin was used for the treatment of patients in the GIB group,and betastatin was used for the treatment of patients in the BT group.Then,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of GIB group was higher than that of BT group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion:Gastrodin injection combined with betastatin can significantly improve the condition of vertigo patients,and the safety of the drug is higher.
