替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗老年晚期结肠癌的疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation of tiggio combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colon cancer in the elderly

目的:研究用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂对老年晚期结肠癌患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择广西壮族自治区人民医院2015年6月至2019年6月收治的71例老年晚期结肠癌患者作为研究对象。采用掷硬币的方式将其分为分析组(36例)与比较组(35例)。为比较组患者采用替吉奥进行治疗,为分析组患者采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,分析组患者中治疗效果为部分缓解者有29例(占80.55%),为无变化者有6例(占16.67%),为进展者有1例(占2.77%);比较组患者中治疗效果为部分缓解者有17例(占48.57%),为无变化者有13例(占37.14%),为进展者有5例(占14.28%)。分析组患者治疗的总有效率(80.55%)高于比较组患者治疗的总有效率(48.57%),P<0.05。结论:对老年晚期结肠癌患者采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂进行治疗的效果较好。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of teggio combined with oxaliplatin in elderly patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods:71 elderly patients with advanced colon cancer admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into analysis group(36 cases)and comparison group(35 cases)by coin toss.Patients in the comparison group were treated with Tiggio,and patients in the analysis group were treated with tiggio combined with oxaliplatin.The two groups were then compared.Results:After treatment,there were 29 cases(80.55%)with partial remission,6 cases(16.67%)with no change,and 1 case(2.77%)with progress.In the comparison group,there were 17 cases(48.57%)with partial remission,13 cases(37.14%)with no change,and 5 cases(14.28%)with progression.The total effective rate in the analysis group(80.55%)was higher than that in the comparison group(48.57%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of tiggio and oxaliplatin is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced c olon cancer.
