雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗Hp感染所致胃溃疡的疗效观察

Efficacy of rabeprazole and clarithromycin combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer caused by Hp infection

目的:探讨用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染所致胃溃疡的效果。方法:将2016年10月至2019年2月期间上海孟超肿瘤医院收治的78例Hp感染所致胃溃疡患者作为研究对象。对这78例患者使用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素及阿莫西林进行治疗。然后,观察这些患者的临床疗效、Hp的转阴率、腹痛症状的缓解率、不良反应的发生率、病情的复发率及各项炎症细胞因子的指标。结果:接受治疗后,这78例患者治疗的总有效率为89.74%,其Hp的转阴率为89.74%,其腹痛症状的缓解率为89.74%,其不良反应的发生率为10.26%,其病情的复发率为10.26%。与治疗前相比,这78例患者治疗后其血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的水平更高,其血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平均更低,P<0.05。结论:用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗Hp感染所致胃溃疡的效果显著,可有效地清除患者体内的Hp,改善其临床症状,降低其病情的复发率。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of rabeprazole and clarithromycin combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:78 patients with gastric ulcer caused by Hp infection admitted to Shanghai Mengchao Tumor Hospital from October 2016 to February 2019 were studied.The 78 patients were treated with rabeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin.Then,the clinical efficacy,negative conversion rate of Hp,remission rate of abdominal pain symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate of disease and indicators of inflammatory cytokines were observed in these patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of 78 patients was 89.74%,the rate of Hp turning negative was 89.74%,the rate of relief of abdominal pain was 89.74%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.26%,and the recurrence rate was 10.26%.Compared with those before treatment,the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)level and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)level and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level of the 78 patients after treatment were higher,and the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)level were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Rabeprazole and clarithromycin combined with amoxicillin can effectively eliminate Hp in patients with gastric ulcer caused by Hp infection,improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
