摘要
目的:探讨用伊曲康唑联合盐酸阿莫罗芬治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的效果。方法:将2015年12月至2019年3月华坪县人民医院收治的67例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者作为研究对象。将这67患者按照治疗方法的不同分为Routine组(n=32)和Union组(n=35)。对两组患者均使用盐酸阿莫罗芬进行治疗,在此基础上,为Union组患者加用伊曲康唑进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效及出现不良反应的情况。结果:接受治疗后,与Routine组患者相比,Union组患者治疗的总有效率更高,P<0.05。接受治疗后,两组患者不良反应的总发生率相比较,P>0.05。结论:用伊曲康唑联合盐酸阿莫罗芬治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的效果确切。
Objective:To investigate the effect of itraconazole combined with amolofine hydrochloride in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis.Methods:67 patients with Malassezia folliculitis admitted to Huaping County People’s Hospital from December 2015 to March 2019 were studied.The 67 patients were divided into Routine group(n=32)and Union group(n=35)according to different treatment methods.Both groups were treated with amolofene hydrochloride,and on this basis,the Union group was treated with itraconazole.Then,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was higher in the Union group than in the Routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Itraconazole combined with amolofine hydrochloride is effective in treating malassezia folliculitis.
