摘要
目的:分析导致临床血常规检验结果出现误差的原因,以便为临床检验工作提供参考。方法:将2018年1月至2019年8月期间在重庆市潼南区中医院检验科进行血常规检验时结果出现误差的39份检验标本作为研究对象。采用回顾性分析法对这39份检验标本的采集方法、送检过程、检验操作流程等相关资料进行分析研究,从中找出导致血常规检验结果出现误差的原因。结果:在这39份检验标本中,因检验操作流程不规范所致检验结果出现误差的检验标本占48.72%,因检验标本送检流程不规范所致检验结果出现误差的检验标本占17.95%,因检验标本采集方法不当所致检验结果出现误差的检验标本占20.51%,因患者自身因素导致检验结果出现误差的检验标本占12.82%。结论:导致血常规检验结果出现误差的常见原因有检验操作流程不规范、检验标本送检流程不规范、检验标本采集方法不当和患者自身因素等,其中检验操作流程不规范是导致血常规检验结果出现误差最主要的原因。
Objective:To analyze the causes of errors in clinical blood routine test results,so as to provide reference for clinical test work.Methods:39 test specimens with errors during routine blood test in laboratory department of Chongqing Tongnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to August 2019 were taken as research objects.Retrospective analysis method was used to analyze and study the collection method,inspection process,inspection operation process and other relevant data of the 39 test specimens,so as to find out the reasons leading to errors in blood routine test results.Results:of the 39 a test specimen,caused by a test operation is not standard test results appear error test specimens(48.72%),caused by a test specimen inspection process non-standard test results appear error test specimens(17.95%),improper test specimen collection method of inspection results appear error caused by the specimen(20.51%),as a result of the patient’s own factor test results appear error test specimens(12.82%).Conclusion:The common causes of errors in blood routine test results include irregular test procedures,irregular specimen submission procedures,improper specimen collection methods,and patients’own factors.Among them,irregular test procedures are the main reasons leading to errors in blood routine test results.
