穴位敷贴联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的效果评价

Effect evaluation of acupoint application combined with lactobacillus bifidus triple viable tablet in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的:探讨用穴位敷贴疗法联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年12月在成都市金牛区妇幼保健院就诊的72例腹泻患儿作为研究对象。将其按随机分组的方式分为Comparison组和Experimental组。为Comparison组36例患儿采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗,为Experimental组36例患儿采用穴位敷贴疗法联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗。然后对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:Comparison组患儿与Experimental组患儿治疗的总有效率分别为77.78%、94.44%。与Comparison组患儿相比,Experimental组患儿治疗的总有效率较高,P<0.05。在治疗期间,两组患儿均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:对腹泻患儿采用穴位敷贴疗法联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗的效果显著,能够有效地改善其临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application therapy combined with lactobacillus bifidus triple viable tablet in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,72 children with diarrhea visited Jinniu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Chengdu were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into Comparison group and Experimental group by random grouping.In Comparison group,36 children were treated with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablet,and 36 children in Experimental group were treated with acupoint application therapy combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablet.Then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of Comparison group and Experimental group were 77.78%and 94.44%,respectively.Compared with Comparison group,the total effective rate of Experimental group was higher(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupoint application therapy combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets in children with diarrhea is significant,which can effectively improve th eir clinical symptoms and is relatively safe.
