针刺、身痛逐瘀汤加减联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出伴椎管狭窄的效果

Effect of acupuncture,body pain zhuyu Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with spinal canal stenosis

目的:观察用针刺疗法、身痛逐瘀汤加减联合推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出伴椎管狭窄的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月期间靖西市中医医院收治的118例腰椎间盘突出伴椎管狭窄患者为研究对象。依据随机双盲法将其分为参照组和联合组。对两组患者均进行推拿治疗。在此基础上,用针刺疗法联合身痛逐瘀汤加减对联合组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效及疼痛症状的改善情况。结果:治疗30 d后,与参照组患者相比,联合组患者的VAS评分较低,其治疗的总有效率较高,P<0.05。结论:用针刺疗法、身痛逐瘀汤加减联合推拿疗法对腰椎间盘突出伴椎管狭窄患者进行治疗可显著减轻其疼痛的症状,提高其治疗的效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy,Body pain Zhuyu Decoction plus reduction combined with massage therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with spinal canal stenosis.Methods:118 patients with lumbar disc herniation and spinal stenosis admitted to Jingxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the reference group and the combination group according to the randomized double-blind method.Both groups were treated with massage therapy.On this basis,acupuncture therapy combined with body pain zhuyu Decoction plus antithetical couplet was used to treat the patients.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy and the improvement of pain symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:After 30 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS score of the combined group was lower,and the total effective rate of the treatment was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy,body pain Zhuyu Decoction combined with massage therapy can significantly reduce the symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and spinal stenosis,and improve the therapeutic effect.
