温针灸治疗虚寒型膝骨关节炎的效果观察

Effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency and cold

目的:观察用温针灸疗法治疗虚寒型膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:将镇雄县人民医院收治的75例虚寒型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为针刺疗法组(n=38)和温针灸疗法组(n=37)。对针刺疗法组患者施行针刺治疗。对温针灸疗法组患者施行温针灸治疗。然后,比较两组患者的疗效及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗后,温针灸疗法组患者治疗的总有效率高于针刺疗法组患者,P<0.05。治疗前,温针灸疗法组患者与针刺疗法组患者的VAS评分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,温针灸疗法组患者的VAS评分低于针刺疗法组患者,P<0.05。结论:用温针灸疗法治疗虚寒型膝骨关节炎的效果显著,可减轻患者膝关节疼痛的程度。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency and cold.Methods:seventyfive cases of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency and cold in Zhenxiong County People’s Hospital were randomly divided into acupuncture therapy group(n=38)and warm acupuncture therapy group(n=37).Acupuncture therapy was applied to the patients in the acupuncture therapy group.Warm acupuncture and moxibustion was performed on the patients in the group.Then,the efficacy and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of warm acupuncture group was higher than that of acupuncture group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS score of patients in the warm acupuncture group was compared with that of the acupuncture group(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score of patients in the warm acupuncture group was lower than that in the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency and cold is remarkable,and can reduce the pain of knee joint.
