3D打印技术在脑血管疾病临床教学中的应用效果 被引量:1

The application effect of 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of cerebrovascular diseases

摘要 目的:探讨3D打印技术在脑血管疾病临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在广西医科大学附属武鸣医院神经外科实习的54名医学生作为本次研究的对象。将这些实习生分为对照组(n=27)和观察组(n=27)。采用传统的教学模式对对照组实习生进行教学,采用3D打印教学模式对观察组实习生进行教学。然后比较两组实习生的出科成绩。结果:观察组实习生的操作技能得分、理论知识得分分别为(89.6±5.4)分、(87.2±4.6)分,对照组实习生的操作技能得分、理论知识得分分别为(72.3±5.1)分、(70.5±4.7)分,观察组实习生的操作技能得分和理论知识得分均高于对照组实习生,P<0.05。观察组实习生对授课方式的总满意率为88.89%,对照组实习生对授课方式的总满意率为74.07%,观察组实习生对授课方式的总满意率高于对照组实习生,P<0.05。结论:将3D打印技术应用于脑血管疾病临床教学中的效果较为理想。 Objective:To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Fifty-four medical students were selected as the subjects of this study.They were interns in the Neurosurgery Department of Wuming Hospital affiliated to Guangxi Medical University.The interns were divided into a control group(n=27)and an observation group(n=27).The traditional teaching mode was used to teach the interns in the control group,and the 3D printing teaching mode was used to teach the interns in the observation group.Then compare the performance of the two groups of interns.Results:observation group of interns operation skill score,theoretical knowledge score(89.6±5.4),respectively,(87.2±4.6)points,control the operation of the intern skills score,theoretical knowledge score(72.3±5.1),respectively,(70.5±4.7)points,observation group of interns operation skill scores and theoretical knowledge intern score were higher than control group,(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group was 88.89%for the teaching method,and 74.07%for the control group.The total satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group was higher than that of interns in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of cerebrovascular diseases is relatively ideal.
