摘要
目的:探究在对消化内科实习生进行功能性胃肠病诊疗教学的过程中应用PBL教学法的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年5月期间在徐州医科大学附属医院消化内科实习的140名实习生作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方式将这些实习生分为Observation组和Control组,每组各70名实习生。对Control组实习生进行传统的功能性胃肠病诊疗教学,为Observation组实习生应用PBL教学法进行功能性胃肠病的诊疗教学。然后对比两组实习生的考核成绩及其中认为实习教学能够提高其自主学习能力实习生的占比、认为实习教学能够提高其学习兴趣实习生的占比、认为实习教学能够培养其临床思维实习生的占比和认为实习教学能够提高其分析解决问题能力实习生的占比。结果:1)Observation组实习生理论及实践考核的得分高于Control组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)Observation组实习生中认为实习教学能够提高其自主学习能力实习生的占比、认为实习教学能够提高其学习兴趣实习生的占比、认为实习教学能够培养其临床思维实习生的占比和认为实习教学能够提高其分析解决问题能力实习生的占比均高于Control组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对消化内科实习生进行功能性胃肠病诊疗教学的过程中应用PBL教学法可取得较好的效果,能够有效地提高其考核成绩。
Objective:To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in the process of functional gastrointestinal disease diagnosis and treatment teaching for gastroenterology interns.Methods:140 interns from The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study subjects.These interns were divided into Observation group and Control group by random grouping.There were 70 interns in each group.Traditional functional gastrointestinal disease diagnosis and treatment teaching was conducted for interns of the Control group,and for Observation interns of the group,PBL method was applied to the diagnosis and treatment teaching of functional gastrointestinal diseases.Then compared two groups of interns assessment results and in the practice teaching to improve their autonomous learning ability of interns accounted for,believe that the practice teaching to improve their learning interest intern accounted for,believe that the practice teaching to cultivate the clinical thinking intern proportion and think that the practice teaching to improve the analysis of problem-solving skills of interns.Results:1)Observation group interns'scores in theory and practice assessment were higher than those in the Control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)in the Observation group of interns think practice teaching can improve the ability of autonomic learning intern accounted for,believe that the practice teaching to improve their learning interest intern accounted for,believe that the practice teaching to cultivate the clinical thinking of interns proportion and think practice teaching can improve the analysis of problem-solving skills interns accounted interns were higher than in the Control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method can effectively improve the performance of gastroenterology interns in the course of functional gastrointestinal disease diagnosis and treatment.
