快速康复外科理念在骨科围手术期护理管理中的应用

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in perioperative nursing management of orthopedics department

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在对进行人工骨关节置换手术的患者实施护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年8月期间在黔东南苗族侗族自治州人民医院进行人工骨关节置换手术的60例患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为常规组和试验组,每组各有30例患者。在两组患者的围手术期,均对其进行常规护理。在此基础上,采用快速康复理念对试验组患者进行护理管理。然后比较两组患者接受治护的效果。结果:试验组患者术毕至切口愈合的时间、住院的时间均短于常规组患者,P<0.05;其自理能力评定量表(BI评定量表)的评分、对治护效果的总满意率均高于常规组患者,P<0.05;其视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分低于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:将快速康复外科理念应用于对进行人工骨关节置换手术的患者实施护理管理中的效果较为理想。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing management of patients undergoing artificial bone joint replacement.Methods:From July 2017 to August 2019,60 patients who underwent osteoarthroplasty in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital were selected as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group and a trial group,with 30 patients in each group.In the two groups of patients in the perioperative period,they were given routine care.On this basis,the concept of rapid rehabilitation was used for nursing management of patients in the experimental group.Then the effect of treatment and care was compared between the two groups.Results:The time from surgery to wound healing and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The score of self-care ability Rating Scale(BI rating Scale)and the overall satisfaction rate to the treatment and care effect were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the idea of rapid rehabilitation surgery to the nursing management of patients undergoing artificial joint replacement surgery is relatively ideal.
