摘要
目的:探讨风险管理在急诊科分诊接诊工作中的应用价值。方法:将2018年3月至2019年3月期间广西医科大学第七附属医院急诊科收治的166例患者作为研究对象。将2018年3月至2018年9月期间收治的83例患者作为对照组,将2018年10月至2019年3月期间收治的83例患者作为研究组。对两组患者均按照常规程序进行接诊分诊。在此基础上,对研究组患者实施风险管理。然后,比较两组患者对护理服务的总满意率。结果:接受护理后,与对照组患者相比,研究组患者对护理服务的总满意率更高,P<0.05。结论:风险管理在急诊科分诊接诊工作中具有较高的应用价值,可明显提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of risk management in triage in emergency department.Methods:166 patients admitted to the emergency department of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from March 2018 to March 2019 were studied.The 83 patients admitted between March 2018 and September 2018 were used as the control group,and the 83 patients admitted between October 2018 and March 2019 were used as the study group.The two groups of patients were triage according to the routine procedures.On this basis,the study group patients to implement risk management.Then,the total satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results:After receiving nursing care,compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Risk management has high application value in emergency department triage,which can obviously improve patients’satisfaction with nursing service.
