综合护理在小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜手术中的应用价值

Study on the application value of comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic surgery for children with indirect inguinal hernia

目的:探讨并研究对接受腹腔镜手术(Laparoscopicsurgery,LS)的腹股沟斜疝患儿进行综合护理的效果。方法:将近年来在云南省曲靖市第二人民医院进行LS的100例腹股沟斜疝患儿随机分为综合护理组(NC组,n=25)与常规护理组(UC组,n=25)。在围手术期,分别采用综合护理模式与常规护理模式对NC组患儿与UC组患儿进行护理,然后比较两组患儿术毕至下床活动、排气和出院的时间及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:护理后,NC组患儿术毕至下床活动、排气和出院的时间均短于UC组患儿,其术后并发症的发生率低于UC组患儿,P<0.05。结论:对接受LS的腹股沟斜疝患儿进行综合护理能显著缩短其术后恢复的时间,降低其术后并发症的发生率。

objective:to explore and investigate the effect of comprehensive care of children with indirect inguinal hernia undergoing Laparoscopicsurgery(LS).Methods:100 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia who underwent LS in the Second People’s Hospital of Qujing city,Yunnan Province in recent years were randomly divided into comprehensive nursing group(NC group,n=25)and routine nursing group(UC group,n=25).During the perioperative period,comprehensive nursing mode and conventional nursing mode were used to take care of the children in NC group and UC group respectively,and then the time from postoperative completion to ambulation,exhaust and discharge as well as the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the time from surgery completion to bed removal,exhaust and discharge in the NC group was shorter than that in the UC group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the UC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care for children with indirect inguinal hernia who received LS can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
