针对性护理在突发性耳聋高压氧治疗中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of targeted nursing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy for sudden deafness

目的:研究对接受高压氧治疗的突发性耳聋患者进行针对性护理的效果。方法:将近年来在合肥市第二人民医院接受高压氧治疗的72例突发性耳聋患者随机分为研究组(n=36)与比较组(n=36)。在对两组患者进行高压氧治疗期间,分别采用针对性护理模式与常规护理模式对研究组患者与比较组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治护的效果及其并发症的发生率。结果:研究组患者治护的总有效率高于比较组患者,P<0.05。护理后,研究组患者并发症的发生率低于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受高压氧治疗的突发性耳聋患者进行针对性护理能显著提高其临床疗效,降低其并发症的发生率。

Objective:To study the effect of targeted nursing for patients with sudden deafness treated by hyperbaric oxygen.Methods:72 patients with sudden deafness treated by hyperbaric oxygen in hefei Second People’s Hospital in recent years were randomly divided into study group(n=36)and comparison group(n=36).During the hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the two groups of patients,the study group and the comparison group were treated with targeted nursing mode and conventional nursing mode respectively,and then the effect of nursing care and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the study group than in the comparison group(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Targeted nursing for patients with sudden deafness treated by hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve its clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
