临床护理路径在老年性白内障患者超声乳化术中的应用效果分析

Clinical nursing path in senile cataract patients with ultrasonic emulsification effect analysis

目的:探讨并分析用临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)模式对接受超声乳化术的老年性白内障患者进行护理的效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年5月期间在南京市六合区人民医院门诊接受超声乳化术的60例老年性白内障患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为临床护理路径组(CNP组,n=30)与常规护理组(UC组,n=30)。在围手术期,分别采用CNP模式与常规护理模式对CNP组患者与UC组患者进行护理,然后比较两组患者视力的改善情况及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:治护后,CNP组患者中术眼视力>0.5的患者所占的比例高于UC组患者中此类患者所占的比例,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。护理后,CNP组患者术后并发症的发生率低于UC组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用CNP模式对接受超声乳化术的老年性白内障患者进行护理能显著改善其视力,降低其术后并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of clinical Nursing pathway(CNP)model on nursing care of senile cataract patients receiving phacoemulsification.Methods:a total of 60 patients with senile cataract who received phacoemulsification in the outpatient department of Liuhe District People’s Hospital of Nanjing city from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into clinical nursing path group(CNP group,n=30)and routine nursing group(UC group,n=30).During the perioperative period,patients in the CNP group and the UC group were nursed respectively using the CNP mode and the conventional nursing mode,and then the improvement of visual acuity and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment and care,the proportion of patients with intraoperative visual acuity>0.5 in the CNP group was higher than that in the UC group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications in CNP group was lower than that in UC group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CNP mode can significantly improve the visual acuity and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification.
