对接受髋关节置换术的老年患者进行深静脉血栓护理的效果探讨

To explore the effect of nursing deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement

目的:探讨对接受髋关节置换术的老年患者进行深静脉血栓护理的效果。方法:将2017年1月至2019年1月在东方市人民医院接受髋关节置换术的87例老年患者随机分为Matched组(43例)和Research组(44例)。对Matched组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上对Research组患者进行深静脉血栓护理。然后比较两组患者术后深静脉血栓的发生率、术后并发症的总发生率、术后疼痛症状的评分和对护理满意程度的评分。结果:Research组患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、术后并发症的总发生率、术后1 d、术后3 d、术后5 d疼痛症状的评分均低于Matched组患者,其对护理满意程度的评分高于Matched组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受髋关节置换术的老年患者进行深静脉血栓护理可取得良好的效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods:Eighty-seven elderly patients who had received hip replacement surgery at Dongfang People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into Matched group(43 cases)and Research group(44 cases).The Matched group was given routine care,and on this basis,the patients in the Research group were given deep vein thrombosis care.Then the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis,the total incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative pain symptom scores and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of lower limb deep vein thrombosis,the total rate of postoperative complications,and the score of pain symptoms 1 d,3 d,and 5 d postoperative were all lower in the Research group than the Matched group.Its score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nursing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderl y patients undergoing hip arthroplasty can achieve good results.
