早期护理在对妊娠高血压综合征孕妇进行护理中的应用价值

The application value of early nursing in nursing pregnant women with ges tational hypertension syndrome

目的:探讨对妊娠高血压综合征孕妇进行早期护理的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月期间西安交通大学第二临床医学院附属济仁医院收治的68例妊娠高血压综合征孕妇为研究对象。采用随机分组法将其分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34)。对两组孕妇均进行常规护理。在此基础上,对观察组孕妇进行早期护理。对比两组孕妇血压水平的变化情况和对护理服务的满意度。结果:经治护,与对照组孕妇相比,观察组孕妇的舒张压与收缩压均较低,其对护理服务的总满意率较高,P<0.05。结论:对妊娠高血压综合征孕妇进行早期护理可显著降低其血压的水平,提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early nursing for pregnant women with gestational hypertension syndrome.Methods:A total of 68 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Jiren Hospital,The Second Clinical Medical College of Xi‘an Jiaotong University from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34)by random grouping method.Both groups of pregnant women received routine care.On this basis,the observation group of pregnant women for early care.The changes in blood pressure and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure,and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing service was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension can significantly reduce their blood pressure level and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
