对脑梗死患者进行早期肢体功能训练指导的效果

Effect of early limb function training guidance for cerebral infarction patients

目的:探究对脑梗死患者进行早期肢体功能训练指导的效果。方法:将北京丰台医院收治的120例脑梗死患者随机平均分为reference组和treatment组。对两组患者均实施常规治疗及常规护理。治疗期间,对treatment组患者实施早期肢体功能训练指导。然后,比较两组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法评分及Barthel评定量表评分。结果:治疗前,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法评分及Barthel指数评定量表评分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,与reference组患者相比,treatment组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法评分及Barthel指数评定量表评分均较高,P<0.05。结论:对脑梗死患者进行早期肢体功能训练指导的效果显著,可改善其日常生活自理能力及运动功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of early limb function training guidance for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital were randomly divided into reference group and treatment group.The two groups of patients were given routine treatment and routine care.During the treatment period,patients in the Treatment group were given guidance on early limb function training.Then,fugl-Meyer Score and Barthel Rating Scale were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment,compared with the fugl-meyer score and Barthel index rating scale,P>0.05 was obtained.After treatment,compared with the reference group,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Score and Barthel Index rating Scale were higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early limb training guidance on cereb ral infarction patients is significant,and can improve their s elf-care ability and motor function in daily life.
